NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF WADENA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORTATION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, to all creditors and Shareholders of Wadena Industrial Development Corporation that Wadena Industrial Development Corporation will conduct a Special Meeting of Shareholders on October 26th, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at Wadena State Bank 304 1st SE Wadena, MN 56482, to consider and vote on dissolution of corporation. Upon approval of majority of the Shareholders present at the meeting, Wadena Industrial Development Corporation will implement dissolution proceedings.
