The Wadena Development Authority, a Minnesota Port Authority, will hold a Public Hearing to hear public comment regarding the sale of mixed use commercial & residential property located at 206 Jefferson Street South in Wadena, MN, PID # 22.300.1820; and described legally as the north ½ of Lot 11, Block 10 of the Original Townsite of Wadena.
The Public Hearing will be held on September 14 th , 2020 at noon in the City Council Chamber located at 222 2nd Street SE in Wadena, MN. No in person public comment will be heard at the location listed, however anyone wishing to be heard is encouraged to join the Public Hearing via online Zoom meeting at https://zoom.us and click on “Join a Meeting” at the top of the page. The meeting ID is 980 4041 8998 and the passcode is 299023. Terms and conditions of the sale may be reviewed prior to the Hearing at the office of the Wadena Development Authority, 222 2nd Street SE in Wadena.
After the Public Hearing the Wadena Development Authority Board will meet to determine if the sale of the subject property is in the best interest of the Port Authority and public interest, and will take action to approve or deny the sale.
