Notice is hereby given to all creditors of and claimants against Mid-Central Financial Corporation, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota (the “Corporation”), that the Corporation is in the process of dissolving and winding up its affairs.
The Corporation filed a Notice of Intent to Dissolve with the Minnesota Secretary of State on September 4, 2020. All claims against the Corporation must be presented in writing with the name of the claimant and the amount of the claim to the Corporation at 520 S. Jefferson Street, Wadena, MN 56482. A claim against the Corporation will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced by December 9, 2020, which is the date that is 90 days after the date of the first publication of this notice.
