Notice is hereby given that the Compton Township Zoning Board will meet for hearing on May 25th, 2021 at 7:00 P.M. at the town hall to consider request from Mark’s Sand & Gravel for special use permit for gravel extraction and portable asphalt plant at location of NE ¼ of the NE 1/4, the NW ¼ of the NE ¼ and N ½ of the NW ¼ laying south of the railroad in Section 19 T134, R 36 and S ½ of SE ¼ Section 18, T 13 R 36.
The Compton Township Board will meet following the zoning board hearing to consider special use permit request from Mark’s Sand & Gravel.
