Notice is hereby given that the Compton Township Zoning Board will hold hearing on August 23, 2021 at 7:00 P.M. at the town hall to consider request from Mikayla Jorgenson and Rod Tornquist for a 40’ variance (60 feet from property line) from the north property line to build a 42’ x 66’ house on property with the following legal description: PT S ½ NW ¼ COM N ¼ COR SEC 29 S 1947 34’ W 794.28 N 1°W 609.66’ S88° W 895.70’ to PT, Section 29 TWP 134 Range 036.
The Compton Township Zoning Board will meet following the zoning board to consider the request.
