Wylie and The Wild West, a cowboy, western quartet from Big Sky Country will perform as part of the Wadena Area Concert Association Saturday, Feb. 4.

Singer, songwriter, rancher, horseman and the original, world famous "Yahoo! Yodeler," Wylie Gustafson leads this musical outfit known as The Wild West.

Wylie and The Wild West have played thousands of gigs, delighting audiences around the world with their unique brand of good-time cowboy music. They have performed at the National Cowboy Poetry Gathering, the National Folk Festival, Kennedy Center, Lincoln Center, on A Prairie Home Companion and have appeared more than 50 times at the Grand Ole Opry. Gustafson also made an appearance on Late Night with Conan O'Brien trying to teach Conan to yodel.

The Wadena performance is at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at Memorial Auditorium.

Admission to Wadena Area Concert Association performances is by membership only and includes reciprocity performances in Alexandria, Fergus Falls, Park Rapids and Sauk Centre.
