The Tri-County Health Care Foundation recently awarded a $10,000 Moen Brothers Endowment grant to Lutheran Island Camp and Retreat Center. Ryan Damlo (right), Tri-County Health Care Foundation executive director, presents Wadena-Deer Creek Superintendent Lee Westrum with a check for 50 percent of the proceeds raised through the Splash out Stigma Duck Drop. The money will be used to address behavioral health needs in the school, and the Foundation will disperse the remaining 50 percent to community partners through a grant system.
