WADENA — Many classes have made plans to gather somewhere in the Wadena area for the Wadena-Deer Creek All School Reunion . If you're a member of these classes read on to find out where your friends plan to be. Let us know if plans have changed by emailing editorial@wadenapj.com.

  • The classes of 1957, ’58 and ’59 are getting together at Rich & Carol Taggart’s home on Saturday, June 11 from 5-8 p.m. Their home is located on the Black’s Grove Road (34066 620th Ave), just west of Wadena.
  • Class of 1962 meets at the school Saturday morning and after the parade in the park.
  • Class of 1963- Tentative plans are to meet at the school. Further plans unknown.
  • The class of 1965 will meet on the evening of Friday, June 10 at El Mariachi Mexican Restaurant. Exact time is unknown.
  • The classes of '66, '67 and '68 are meeting at the VFW on Saturday, June 11, from noon to 6 p.m.
  • The class of ‘71 is having a get together on Saturday, June 11 at the Uptown. Time unknown.
  • The classes of '73 and '74 will be meeting at the "new" Elks Lodge on main street in downtown Wadena on Saturday, June 11. Time unknown.
  • Class of 1975 will be meeting from 5:30 - 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 11, at the Wadena Bowling Lanes.
  • Class of 1976 meets at 6:30 p.m., Saturday, June 11 at Drastic Measures Brewing.
  • Class of 1977- 45th Class Reunion meets at 5:30 p.m., Saturday, June 11, at El Mariachi Mexican Restaurant.
  • Class of 1982 “40th” at Mike “Hoss” Strayer’s home near Ottertail (41634 Long Lake Road)
  • Class of 1984 invites 1983 and 1985 to join them at Little Round Still after the parade (parade is at 3 p.m. on Saturday)
  • Class of 1989 meets from 4-7 p.m., Friday, June 10, at the Iron Corral.
  • Class of 2002 meets at Drastic Measures from noon to 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 11.
