Hundreds delight in Deer Trails Day

What looked to be a Ford Meteor almost made it to the finish line of the Deer Trails Day parade. Instead a group of energetic parade goers sprung into action and pushed the car on down the line.
DEER CREEK — After an early morning deluge soaked much of the region, the clouds parted to shine a bit of sunshine on Deer Trails Day on Saturday, June 25, 2022. The main event, the parade got under way at 11 a.m. sharp with a line of entries and parade goers filling downtown will color, candy and sirens of all sorts. This year a kiddle parade kicked off the event with a nice line up of patriotic clad kiddies lighting up the main drag.

Festivities continued on throughout the day in Deer Creek. Evening events include:
2-6 p.m.: Music on Main Street by AC Entertainment Axe Throwing 4:30 p.m.: Bike Raffle (Must be present to win) 5 p.m.: Magic Show 6 p.m.: Adult Bean Bag Tournament 8:30-midnight: Live Band Jacked UP 10 p.m.: Drawing Deer Creek Rod and Gun Raffle
