Wadena-Deer Creek Schools will be hosting a community barbecue, ribbon-cutting and open house at the elementary from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held at 5:45 p.m. by the playground. Project manager, ICS Consulting, will be providing a free picnic-style meal. Open to the public.
