Friday, May 27

• W-DC graduation at 7 p.m. at the middle/high school gym.
• Verndale graduation at 7 p.m. at Mahlen Field.
• Sebeka graduation at 8 p.m. at high school gym.
• New York Mills graduation at 7:30 p.m. in the Sports Center. Doors will be open at 7 p.m. for seating.

Monday, May 30, Memorial Day

• Wadena's Memorial Day program starts at 9 a.m. in the Wadena Cemetery.
• Deer Creek Memorial Day Program will be held at 10:30 a.m. at the Veteran’s Park in Deer Creek. A free will donation breakfast of pancakes, French toast, egg bake, sausage, coffee, orange juice, and milk will be served at the Deer Creek Community Center, 106 Main Ave E., from 7:30 -10 a.m.
• NYM Memorial Day Program at 10 a.m. in the auditorium.

Wednesday, June 1
Spring into Summer event at the New York Mills Sculpture Park/Barn from 4 - 7 p.m. This event is free to attend, open to all, and will include both free and pay-as-you-go art and cultural activities. Call 218-385-3339 or email info@kulcher.org for more information.

• Narcotics Anonymous meeting at 7 p.m., Tuesdays, at 421 NW 4th St, Wadena.
• Wadena City Library preschool storytimes on Wednesdays are on Facebook at 9 a.m. and in-person at the library at 10 a.m. You can listen to a few stories and make a craft or eat a snack.
• Free community meal, drive-thru style, every last Thursday of the month from 4:30 - 6 p.m. at Saint Ann's Catholic Church in Wadena.
