One of my favorite memories from my childhood is family camping trips to Rainier National Park, fishing in the lakes and catching salamanders. We often made S'mores over the fire and had a great time. One recipe I loved was these Campfire bananas. This dessert is super easy to make and so yummy. Enjoy!

• 1 bag chocolate chips

• 1 bag mini marshmallows

• 1 pkg. graham crackers (optional)

Split the bananas lengthwise, but don't cut all the way through. Load the bananas 1/4 cup each of the caramel bits, chocolate chips and mini marshmallows. Crumble one whole graham cracker onto each loaded banana. Wrap individually in squares of foil and then place near the campfire to melt the candies, about 5 minutes. Open up and eat with a spoon.
