Todd-Wadena Electric Cooperative ranks high in survey
Todd-Wadena Electric Cooperative scored high ratings by its members compared to other electric utilities and cooperatives in the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI). Todd-Wadena's overall score of 86 was above the average of Touchstone Energy cooperatives (81) and much higher than the industry average (78) in 2011.
"Our members gave us highest rankings in the areas of service reliability, employee relations, communicating with members and supporting the community. I am very proud of the fact that our members gave us high ratings for our service," said Todd-Wadena Manager Robin Doege. "We set and monitor measurement standards for quality service, and these scores help motivate us to continue to meet or exceed our members' expectations." The cooperative also ranked very high in the survey for actively addressing energy efficiency and for the level of member participation in the cooperative, Doege said.
Todd-Wadena Electric Cooperatives is a nonprofit electric cooperative that distributes electricity to about 8500 residential and business customers the rural areas of Todd and Wadena Counties and fringe areas of surrounding counties.
