Due to the winter weather conditions, Tri-County Health Care (TCHC) announced Ottertail Area Medical Clinic will be closing at noon Monday. The Sebeka Medical Clinic, Wadena Medical Center and the Rehabilitation Center and Outreach Specialty Clinics in Wadena will remain open for patients who are able to travel safely for their appointment.
