I recently had to say goodbye to my exchange daughter from Brazil, Victoria. Victoria is a very special, wonderful young lady and her presence is greatly missed in our house. While here, she would make brigadeiro for us, a traditional Brazilian sweet similar to a truffle. I like to make them now because they remind me of her and bring back makny fond memories. You can coat the candies with anything - sprinkles, nuts, coconut, whatever is your preference. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do. Brazilian Brigadeiro Makes 10 candies • 1 tsp.
