Dallas Ehrmantraut scored 21 points and Aaron Denny came up with a double-double Tuesday as the Verndale Pirates stopped Sebeka 75-62 in Park Region Conference action at Verndale.

Ehrmantraut backed up his double digit effort with eight rebounds, seven assists and five steals. Denny had 18 points and a team-high 10 boards. Carlos Gomez clicked for 10 points and Josh Gilb hit three treys for nine.

Carlos Castro was high point man for Sebeka with 15 points. Paul Funk and Jusitn Clark both scored 14.

"Christian Siedschlaw did a great job of limiting Paul Funk's touches," Verndale Head Coach Jordan Hinkle said. "The game plan was to limit his scoring and force others to carry the load. Christian was superb defensively."

The victory gave the Pirates a regular season sweep of the Trojans.
