Harrison sets pace at WDC Invite

Ella Harrison set the pace for her Wolverines May 5 as she carded a 100 in the windy Wadena-Deer Creek Invitational at Whitetail Run.

Paige Hartman was two strokes off Harrison's pace with a 102 while Hope Theisen was three back with a 103. Breanna Speed's 108, Amanda Kramer's 111 and Jackie Imsande's 115 rounded out the WDC scoring.

The Wolverines placed 10th in the 11-team invitational with a 413. Detroit Lakes and Alexandria both shot a team round of 342 but DL won the tiebreaker.

Medalist honors went to Pequot Lakes' Savannah Stone who fired an 83.
