In this week's Northland Outdoors TV episode, host Bret Amundson and the crew visited Saskatchewan's great Tazin Lake to catch a world record lake trout.

At this famed trout factory, they caught numerous fish that broke personal bests. They broke rods. They had giants get off the hook near the boat. ... And then, during the final minutes of the trip, they boated a monster.

Watch it all unfold on this weekend's episode of Northland Outdoors TV.

Northland Outdoors TV, the newest venture from one of the upper Midwest's premier outdoors content brand, debuted on Fox Sports North and many other local ABC affiliates across North Dakota on Saturday, July 2.
