Pillowcases to conquer cancer

Photo by Rachelle Klemme Volunteers sewed pillowcases at Ben Franklin May 4 and 5 for "ConKerr Cancer," named after Cindy Kerr, who made pillowcases for her son at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Organizer Linnea Gray said half of the pillowcases will go to children's hospitals in the Twin Cities, and half will go to local community shelters. Renee Knudsen was one of the volunteers making pillowcases.
