Lakewood presents Laugh & Live Well, a Women's Expo

Lakewood Health System (LHS) will hold its fourth biennial Laugh & Live Well Women's Expo on Saturday, Feb. 25 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Central Lakes College in Staples. The theme for this year's event is What's Your Legacy?

This event will offer a day of health, wellness and fun for women of all ages. More than 60 various vendors will display, discuss and sell their woman-focused products and services throughout the event. Attendees will have the opportunity to choose from many health and wellness breakout sessions including:

• "Mission Possible: Serving a Little Farther from Home"

• "Curves Complete"

A sit-down lunch will be served at 12:30 p.m., with a key-note speaker to follow at 1 p.m. Since 1990, Renee Rongen has delivered humorous, powerful, life-changing messages, encouraging her audiences to identify and use their unique gifts to make positive differences in their work, families and communities. Lakewood Health System's Laugh and Live Well helps women embrace health and wellness in a lighthearted, enjoyable way. The day is designed to empower and pamper women, while offering a fresh perspective on new and innovative ways to look at healthcare.
