Wendy Samson to speak at Women's Night Out

Tri-County Health Care's annual Women's Night Out program will be held on Monday, Oct. 3 at the Wadena Memorial Auditorium.

Women's Night Out is an educational event on health, for women ages 18 and older.

Wendy Samson, president of FutureSYNC International, is highly recognized as an inspiring, national speaker who delivers a lasting, content filled message on revitalizing yourself. Samson will talk about "The Wholeness of You!" and captivate you with her style and charisma. She will teach you how to find the balance of each day as well as explore the power of choice.

"Choice dares you to open up the power fountain of today's possibilities and joy - letting go of self-limiting beliefs that are incompatible with your values, standards and character," said Samson.

Health screenings will be offered from 5-6:45 p.m. Tri-County Health Care (TCHC) staff will provide free screenings for glucose, cholesterol, blood pressure and body-fat analysis. Informational booths will be available on a variety of health topics pertinent to women's health. A complimentary light meal will be available at the same time.

The evening program will kick off at 6:45 p.m. with a panel of Tri-County Health Care medical professionals participating in a Question and Answer session with Women's Night Out participants. This year's panel includes Tri-County Health Care Family Medicine providers accompanied by one of TCHC's visiting outreach specialists.
