REQUESTS FOR BIDS TO SHINGLE
18 STALL GARAGE UNIT
The Housing and Redevelopment Au-
thority of Wadena, Minnesota seeks bids on
a single prime contract for furnishing all la-
bor, materials, tools, equipment, and servic-
es necessary to Re-Shingle an 18 Stall Gar-
age Unit located at 221 2nd Street SE, (Cor-
ner of Colfax and Second Street SE) Wade-
na, Minnesota. This project will be complet-
ed with federal funds from the US Depart-
ment of HUD and as such is subject to all
rules and regulations regarding such pro-
jects, including the Davis Bacon wage rates.
It is the WHRA's intention to enter into a
single prime contract agreement with the
lowest responsible bidder. All Contractors
must be Minnesota Licensed Contractors un-
der the Department of Labor and Industry,
Bids shall be prepared according to all terms
and conditions of the instruction to bidders.
All bids shall be accompanied by a Certi-
fied Check, Bank Draft or Money Order pay-
able to the order of the Wadena Housing &
Redevelopment Authority for not less than
five 5 percent of the bid amount. The suc-
cessful bidder will be required within 14 days
after notice of award to execute a contract.
Bids will be received at the WHRA Office
at 222 2nd Street SE, Wadena, Minnesota
until 4:30 on Monday April 11, 2011.

The Wadena Housing and Redevelopment
Authority reserve the right to accept or reject
any or all bids, or any section thereof waives
any informalities in the bidding process.
