Wadena Community Dialogue #3

7-9 p.m. Tuesday, May 27

MSCTC - Wadena cafeteria

Been looking for a chance to dust off that thinking cap and put it to use?

Have you ever wondered what Wadena might look like in the future?

Have you ever thought about what you want Wadena to be?

Have you thought about what kind of world you want for your kids and grandkids and what you can do to help create it?

Please join with others from our community in an opportunity to answer these and many more questions. Wadena is holding a series of community dialogues about its future and our role as citizens in creating that future. This is a great time to meet with fellow community members to talk about our future and think about what we can do today to ensure we build the future we want.

The third dialogue will be from 7-9 p.m. on Tuesday, May 27 at the

cafeteria of Minnesota State Community and Technical College - Wadena.

If you missed the first two dialogues, that's OK. You are welcome to attend this one.

The discussion will be based on scenarios developed by Northern Great Plains Inc., the organization that is facilitating the Wadena dialogues. The scenarios are plausible stories about how Minnesota may look in 2050. This is a great starting point and springboard for our community to look forward.

There's nothing to do ahead of time. Just show up ready to look forward!

Sponsors of the dialogues are Wadena State Bank, First National Bank and Tri-County Hospital.

The Wadena Pioneer Journal is bringing beverages and cookies for the evening.
