Crews fight blaze at TJ's Detail in Wadena

Emergency personnel fought a large fire starting at about 9 a.m. Monday at TJ's Detail in Wadena.

Wadena and Verndale fire departments responded to the building, which was fully engulfed before crews could start knocking down flames with water. Wadena Police Department and Wadena County Sheriff's officers were on scene directing traffic. Trains were stopped to keep them away from the blaze and intersections. Downtown Wadena was filled with smoke as wind blew it southeast from the location of the fire.

The cause of the fire was not immediately known.
