Hewitt church plans revival services

The Hewitt Church of the Nazarene will have Fall Revival Services at 7 p.m. each evening, Thursday, Sept. 17 through Saturday, Sept. 19, and the Finale at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 20. The enthusiastic evangelist the Rev. Ron Richmond will present his spirit-filled sermons. Everyone is welcome.

Second Chance ride on Saturday

The Second Chance for Life Motorcycle Ride will be held Saturday in Hewitt in memory of Reuben Melzer. Registration starts at 10 a.m. with the ride at 1 p.m. A meal, music, silent auction and raffle will follow. The ride benefits the Second Chance for Life Fund for heart and heart-lung transplant recipients. The fund is patients helping patients.

Charges have been filed against three people for their involvement in burglaries at Harms Brothers Manufacturing near Bertha and Grandma’s Country Kitchen in Hewitt, according to the Todd County Sheriff’s Office.
