Mark Rodgers

Mark graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College (St. Peter, Minnesota) in 1978 and from the Northwestern School of Law/Lewis and Clark College (Portland, Oregon) in 1981. Mark has limited his practice primarily to representing injured people who are attempting to collect fair compensation from insurance companies. (Mark also assists individuals when they seek to obtain Social Security Disability, Unemployment Compensation, and other employment-related benefits and rights.)
Mark is Minnesota's board member for the American Trial Lawyers' nationally known Worker's Compensation Injury Litigation and Advocacy Group (WILG). Mark is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Attorneys and the Minnesota and American Trial Lawyers Associations.
Mark has tried to conclusion well over one hundred lawsuits on behalf of injured clients. He has settled millions of dollars of claims on behalf of his clients over his long career as a trial attorney. Michael L. Garbow

Mike was originally born and raised in Bemidji, however, he and his family moved to Oklahoma in 1981. Mike graduated from Northeastern State University (Tahlequah, Oklahoma) in 1993, after serving four years in the United States Navy. In 1998, Mike graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law (Tulsa, Oklahoma)
Upon Graduation from Law School, Mike moved back to the Bemidji area in 1998. Mike has served as a prosecutor for Beltrami County as well as previously serving as the Legal Director for the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe. Mike has been an adjunct professor for Law Enforcement and the Leech Lake Tribal College for over 10 years. Mike is a well-seasoned trial lawyer and experienced negotiator. Mike's legal experience combined with his solid work ethic, allows him to deliver solid results for his clients.
Yuri Jelokov

Yuri was born and raised in Tallinn, Estonia, one of the smallest countries of Eastern Europe. In 1996, Yuri received an Associate's degree in Business Administration and, in 1999, a Bachelor's degree in Business Law from Estonian-American Business Academy. Yuri speaks Russian and English, and is also fluent in Estonian.
In the summer of 1999, Yuri immigrated to the United States where he started and successfully ran various business enterprises. In 2007, Yuri earned his Juris Doctorate degree from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. Yuri is admitted to practice law in the State of Minnesota and in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. He is art active member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Minnesota Association for Justice, and Beltrami County Bar Association.
