Wadena woman airlifted to HCMC after crash
A 44-year-old woman from Wadena was airlifted to Hennepin County Medical Center in the Twin Cities after a rollover crash Saturday, Feb. 27.
According to Wadena County Sheriff Mike Carr, Dorie Pluth was working as a rural mail carrier when she rolled her vehicle around 11:11 a.m. She was discovered by a snowmobile patrol conducted by the sheriff's office.
Pluth was ejected from the vehicle during the rollover, which happened on 330th Street in Red Eye Township in Wadena County.
Pluth was taken to Tri-County Hospital in Wadena and later airlifted to HCMC.
Wadena County sheriff's deputies were assisted on the scene by Sebeka Fire and Rescue and Tri-County Ambulance service.
