Verndale water OK'd
Comprehensive sampling and testing of Verndale's water distribution system was conducted Friday, a Minnesota Department of Health press release sent to the Pioneer Journal said.
A standard 24-hour analysis was run, and samples were read Saturday afternoon. All collected samples were analyzed as "free of bacteriological contamination."
Collected samples included the Verndale Public School's kitchen facilities. An "all-clear" is now officially issued for the Verndale municipal water system, and the water is safe to drink and safe for all other uses as well, the release added.
