Tri-County hires new chief financial officer
Tri-County Health Care announced Dan Rabideaux began duties as chief financial officer on March 1.
Rabideaux comes to TCH with more than 13 years of business experience; 12 of which include management and leadership experience. He was employed by Virginia Regional Medical Center in Virginia, Minn., from 1998-2009, and, most recently, as the CFO for United Hospital in Blue Earth, Minn. He has a bachelor's degree from St. Cloud State University, and a master of organizational management degree from Concordia University in St. Paul.
"We are thrilled to have Dan as the newest member of the TCHC administrative team," said Joel Beiswenger, president and CEO. "His experience and familiarity with the health care industry will be a great asset to our organization, and the communities we serve."
Rabideaux and his wife, Jen, are currently in the process of relocating to the area. Jen is employed with the Minnesota Department of Revenue. They have three children, Elizabeth, 11, Bryce, 9, and Aidan, 3.
In his spare time, Rabideaux enjoys sports like hockey, football, baseball, golf, hunting, fishing, skiing and spending time with family and friends.
Rabideaux said he looks forward to his future with TCHC.
"There is great opportunity for the organization to develop a reputation as the preferred medical provider, and I am happy to be part of the team," Rabideaux said.
