TCHC offers free health care directives workshops
Tri-County Health Care is offering free workshops for anyone interested in learning more about Health Care Directives. If you would like to learn more about Health Care Directives from a professional, or if you would like to create your own Health Care Directive, plan to attend one of our free workshops in your area.

Ottertail: Tuesday, May 24 at 10 a.m. at Betty's Pantry meeting room
Henning: Tuesday, May 24 at 1 p.m. at Willow Creek senior housing
Bertha: Wednesday, May 25 at 9:30 a.m. at Bertha Community Center
Wadena: Tuesday, June 7 at 9:30 a.m. at Tri-County Health Care, Conference Room B
Sebeka: Tuesday, June 7 at 12:30 p.m. at Sebeka Senior Citizens Center
Licensed staff from Tri-County Health Care's Social Services department will present information about how to create your personal Health Care Directives. There will be time reserved for questions. If you are considering creating your Health Care Directive the day of the workshop, please bring a photo ID (such as a driver's license) and family contact information.
