by Michael J. Verlennich and Amy R. Verlen-

nich, husband and wife (Mortgagor), to Se-

curity State Bank of Staples, nka, Unity

Bank, a Minnesota Corporation (Mortgagee),

and recorded on June 22, 2004, as Docu-

ment Number 207468, in the Office of

County Recorder Wadena County, Minneso-

ta.

2. The Mortgage has been assigned as

follows: No assignments

The street address of the mortgage prem-

ises are : 1515 8th Street N.E., Staples, MN

56479.

The tax parcel identification number of the

mortgage premise is : 20.310.0090.

The name of the lender is: Unity Bank.

The name of the residential mortgage ser-

vicer is: Unity Bank.

3. The original principal amount secured

by the Mortgage was: $47,000.00

4. No action or proceeding at law is now

pending to recover the debt secured by the

Mortgage, or any part thereof.

plied with all conditions precedent to accel-
