a distance of 2668.77 feet to an iron rod and

the point of beginning of tract to be herein

described; thence South 87 degrees 50 min-

utes 40 seconds West 210.2 feet; thence

South 76 degrees 52 minutes 20 seconds

West 738.30 feet; thence South 4 degrees

41 minutes 10 seconds West 328.10 feet;

thence South 75 degrees 06 minutes 10 sec-

onds West 85.0 feet; thence South 14 de-

grees 44 minutes 20 seconds East 192.35

feet to the shore of Leaf River; thence East-

erly, Southerly and Easterly along the said

shore to its intersection with the said East

beginning, together with an easement for in-
