line of Trunk Highway #71 and Northerly

thence in a Northerly direction along said

eight and six-tenths (158.6) feet; thence in a

Westerly direction, a distance of Three Hun-

dred Forty-nine and eight-tenths (349.8) feet,

to the point of beginning.
