Parkers Prairie man injured in rollover Sunday
A 19-year-old Parkers Prairie man was injured in a one-vehicle rollover in Leaf Valley Township Sunday.
At about 6 a.m., the Douglas County Sheriff's Office received a report about the crash near the intersection of County Roads 63 and 35, about 12 miles north of Alexandria.
An emergency medical technician found the 19-year-old driver, Bryan Revering, unconscious. After regaining consciousness, Revering was unable to say how long he had been in the overturned vehicle.
Revering was transported by North Ambulance to the Douglas County Hospital. He remained hospitalized Monday morning and is listed in stable condition.
Evidence at the scene indicated that Revering, the lone occupant of the vehicle, was westbound on County Road 63 at a high rate of speed when he attempted to make a left turn, according to the sheriff's office. The vehicle entered the ditch and rolled over.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
Agencies responding included the Douglas County Sheriff's Office, North Ambulance and the Leaf Valley First Responders.
