EXECUTION SALE

REAL PROPERTY

Under and by virtue of an Execution is-

sued out of and under the seal of the District

Court of the State of Minnesota, in and for

the Tenth Judicial District and County of Pine

on the 29th day of August, 2011, upon a

judgment rendered and docketed in Pine

County District Court and subsequently

docketed in Wadena County District Court, in

an action wherein Patriot Bank Minnesota

was plaintiff, and Duane F. Palme and

Joyce A. Palme were defendants, in favor of

said plaintiff and against said defendants for

the sum of $284,898.24, as appears in the

judgment roll filed in the office of the Clerk of

Pine County District Court and subsequently

docketed in the office of the Clerk of Wadena

County District Court; and

WHEREAS, said judgment which was

docketed in Pine County District Court on the

3rd day of May, 2011, and docketed in

Wadena County District Court on the 10th

day of August, 2011, has been partially satis-

fied, so the sum of $149,205.52 (including

accrued interest of $4,672.57) is now actual-

ly due thereon, plus additional interest com-

puted up to and including the date of sale

and all of my fees, costs and disbursements

of levy and sale; and

WHEREAS, said Execution has been duly

directed and delivered to me as Sheriff of

Wadena County;

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that I have levied

upon and will sell at public auction to the

highest cash bidder, in the Sheriff's Office in

the Wadena County Courthouse at 415 Jef-

ferson Street South, in the City of Wadena,

Wadena County, Minnesota, on the 22nd

day of November, 2011, at 10:00 o'clock in

the a.m. of that day, all the right, title and in-

terest that the above-named defendants had

on the 10th day of August, 2011, (that being

the date of docketing of said judgment in

Wadena County) in and to the real estate

hereinafter described, or any interest therein

which said defendants have since that day

acquired, the description of the property of

record in the office of the Wadena County

Recorder being as follows, to-wit:

Northwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter

(NW1/4NW1/4) of Section Twenty-five (25),

Township One Hundred Thirty-five (135),

Range Thirty-three (33) subject to ease-

ments and reservations, if any, and except-

ing a strip of land two (2) rods wide along the

Northern boundary line of said forty and a

strip two (2) rods wide along the Eastern

boundary of said forty.
