Minnesota Twins quilt tour stops at WDC Elementary

Wadena-Deer Creek School students and staff got a chance to see the Minnesota Twins "Shooting Star" Quilt up close on Wednesday when Wadena Mayor Wayne Wolden and WDC Baseball Coach Kyle Dykhoff brought the hand-stitched quilt to the school. Wolden and Dykhoff went to the Oct. 1 game at Target Field to accept the quilt from the Minnesota Twins. The quilt is signed by the 2010 Minnesota Twins baseball team.
