Lions pancake breakfast to be held in Verndale
A Lions pancake breakfast will be held in Verndale from 7:30 a.m. to noon March 30 at Verndale Community Center.

There will also be an Easter coloring contest with cash prizes awarded in four categories during the event, which is a free-will offering. Entries can be picked up at Wayne’s Discount in Verndale.
A bike will also be given away to the best entry. Those who attend the pancake breakfast will each get one vote to pick the winner. Voting will end at 11 a.m., and prizes will be awarded at noon.
A diabetic screening will also be held, as well as an Easter egg hunt.
