NOTICE OF MORTGAGE

FORECLOSURE SALE

Date: February 27, 2009

YOU ARE NOTIFIED THAT:

1. Default has occurred in the conditions

of the Mortgage dated June 30, 2005, exe-

cuted by RMJC Enterprise, LLC, as Mort-

gagor(s) to Wadena State Bank, as Mort-

gagee(s), and filed for record July 1, 2005,

as Document Number 211606, in the Office

of the County Recorder of Wadena County,

Minnesota. The land described in the Mort-

gage is not registered land.

2. The Mortgage has not been assigned.

3. No Mortgagors have been released

from financial obligation on said Mortgage.

4. The original principal amount secured

by the Mortgage was: $46,000.00

5. No action or proceeding at law is now

pending to recover the debt secured by the

Mortgage, or any part thereof.

6. The holder of the Mortgage has com-

plied with all conditions precedent to accel-

eration of the debt secured by the Mortgage
