Lakewood Pines and Manor receives 100 percent tenant satisfaction
Lakewood Pines and Manor Assisted Living residences received 100 percent overall customer satisfaction scores from their tenants. This is compared to an average of 94 percent customer satisfaction at other assisted living residences.
These results come from Lakewood's annual tenant satisfaction survey conducted by My InnerView, an independent survey company. The survey covers subjects such as quality of life, quality of service, quality of staff and the tenant's willingness to recommend the Assisted Living to others.
Lakewood reviews these survey scores to look for areas of possible improvement, which are then addressed by staff and managers throughout the year.
"It is just awesome to work with the great staff we have at both facilities," said Pines and Manor Housing Coordinator Virginia Rollins.
"The Pines and Manor have incredible tenants, whom we have the honor to serve," said Bonnie Johnson, Pines and Manor Registered Nurse. "The staff at both facilities is amazing! I'm very happy to see the results reflect this."
