Lakewood Health System will be offering free healthy living classes on Thursdays in July, according to a press release sent to the Pioneer Journal. This month's class schedule and focuses are:
"Stress and Goals" on July 12 at 5:30 p.m. in Classroom A, on the lower level at Lakewood's Main Campus.
"Nutrition and Healthy Eating" on July 19 at 2 p.m. in the Classroom B, on the lower level of Lakewood's Main Campus.
"Getting Active" on July 26 at 5:30 p.m. in the Patio conference room, on the lower level of Lakewood's Main Campus.
These classes are part of a project called Pursuing Active Change Together (PACT). Through PACT, Lakewood Health System offers education, tips and resources to help promote healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention.
