Kneisl named to 9-Man All-State grid team

Verndale's Dan Kneisl has earned a place on the Class Nine-man All-State football team for the 2010 season for his defensive line play.

Kneisl joined Lanesboro's Jake Reed as a first-team choice.

Other Pheasant North Conference players to make the all-state team were Underwood quarterback Dalton Jampsa and linebacker Brett Collins and Bertha-Hewitt defensive back Jared Hoemberg.

Hillcrest's Zach Taylor was received honorable mention.
