Infant, parents hurt in Jeep crash with Amish buggy

Email

Three Amish people were hurt when their horse-drawn buggy was hit by a man in a Jeep, and alcohol may have been a factor in the crash, Todd County authorities said.

On Dec. 21, a Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by James Miller of rural Deer Creek rear-ended an Amish buggy containing a man, woman and 3-month-old child, all of whom were hurt in the accident, the Todd County Sheriff's Office reported.
