Ham radio club classes starting in Bertha

Have you ever thought about talking to people all over the world via radio? There is an exciting hobby out there known as ham radio. This hobby opens to you a world that is innovative and always on the cutting edge of electronic technology through many different modes of communications. It even can open the door for you to provide aid and assistance for your community and the world in times of natural and man-made disasters.

If you are interested in learning more about this exciting hobby that can open the door of the world to you, there is a class starting Oct. 11, 2010 from 7-9 p.m. and ending on Nov. 29 with a test session. This class will be held at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 203 1st Ave SE, in Bertha.
