Free class offers tips for getting active
Lakewood Health System will be offering a free class with tips, ideas, and solutions for getting and staying active from 4-5:30 p.m. on Monday, April 11. The same class will also be offered from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 14. Both classes will be held at Lakewood Health System's Main Campus in the patio level classrooms.
Natalie Linn, LHS athletic trainer, will lead the interactive class that will focus on ways to incorporate activity into everyday routines. This programming is part of a project called Pursuing Active Change Together. Through PACT, Lakewood Health System offers free education, tips and resources for a number of health conditions.
