Eagles hand Raiders 37-31 defeat

The New York Mills Eagles won four matches by fall Tuesday in shading the Bertha-Hewitt/Verndale Raiders 37-31 in a Parent's Night match at Verndale.

The Eagles dominated the middle weights with three pins and one victory by technical fall.

Winning by fall for BHV were Anthony Kern at 106 and Zach Waln at 113.

BHV's Nick Bennett (160), Hayden Truax (170) and Dillon Card (182) all won by decision. Marshall Willis posted a major decision in his 126-pound victory. BHV heavyweight Hunter Truax won by forfeit.
