Amy Nebosis and Megan Cole combined for four hits, two triples and five RBIs Thursday as the Eagles stormed from behind with a five-run sixth to defeat the Wadena-Deer Creek Wolverines 12-10.

Jenna Esala went 3-for-4 in the win and scored three times.

Christina Wolden had a strong game for the Wolverines with two hits, three runs and two RBIs. Avery Jackson and Mogan Lugert combined for four hits, two runs and two RBIs.

WDC's Amanda Perkins had a rough outing as she gave up 13 hits and nine walks. Amy Roberts picked up the pitching win in relief of Alexis Rankka.
