David Wesley Lindsey, 42, passed away March 26, 2009, in Fargo.
He was born Sept. 3, 1966, to Norman and Norma (Larson) Lindsey in Bemidji. He married Lavada Olson on June 1, 1985, in Bemidji. After moving from Bemidji he lived in the Wadena area for more than seven years. In his free time he liked to fish, swim, watch wrestling, work on cars, and he especially enjoyed time with his kids and family. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father and friend.
Memorial services were held on Monday, March 30, in the Wadena Evangelical Church with the Rev. Jeff Heisler officiating. Interment was in the Wadena Cemetery. Arrangements were with the Johnson Memorial Home in Wadena (www.johnsonmemorialhome.com).
Survivors include his wife, Lavada; parents, Norman and Norma; son, Zachary Lindsey of Wadena; daughters, Chrystal Lindsey of North Dakota, and Antwanette Lindsey of Wadena; one grandchild; brother, Jason (Darlean); and sister, Kathy; and friends, John Breiner, Erwin Drews, Nate, Jeff, Aaron, Eddie, Brooke, Troy and his wife, Monique.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
