DARE Graduation 2012 was at 1 p.m. May 9, where students were supported by family, friends, school personnel and the Wadena Police Department. Six Students shared their personal commitments, which involve encouraging themselves and others to stand up for what is right in compromising situations. For 10 weeks, Deputy Naomi Plautz teaches the drug, abuse, resistance and education components of DARE to WDC sixth graders for one hour a week.
