Rare calf triplets were born on June 28 at Joe and Joyce Kovar's farm in rural Deer Creek. The calves - two bulls and a heifer - and their mother are owned by Jason Kovar, who has them on his parents' property. They are black baldies, with a purebred Hereford mother and a purebred Angus bull father owned by Pete Williams. Joe Kovar (pictured) said that in 50 years of farming, he has never seen calf triplets before.
