BLT Chicken Salad

Email

I remember that when I was a kid, my mom used to make amazing BLT sandwiches for lunch. i really enjoyed the mixture of bacon, lettuce and tomato with a tangy mayonnaise. Now, I still enjoy a BLT every once in awhile, but I am trying to cut my bread intake. This recipe is the perfect solution, allowing me to enjoy a childhood favorite while watching the carbs.
